Principal Consultant

Irteza is a former City of Toronto Code Examiner and Inspector who reviewed sign permit and sign variance applications under the Toronto Sign By-law. He brings regulatory insight from working directly within the municipal approval process, now applied to preparing sign permit packages, delivering large municipal signage projects, and variance strategy for clients across Ontario.

Sabbir is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario with over a decade of experience in structural design for signage, residential and commercial projects. He provides sealed engineering drawings, engineering reports, and structural analysis that support sign permit applications across the Ontario. Sabbir also runs a commercial and residential engineering services company, Beyond Building.
