Send Us the Artwork & Location

You focus on your client — we’ll handle compliance. Just send the artwork, proposed sign type, and location photo or address.

External Approvals & Forms

We coordinate with City Planning, Building, Transportation, TRCA, MTO, or any third-party agencies — including encroachment agreements and required declarations.

Compliance Review (By-law + OBC)

We review your design for all applicable Sign By-law and Ontario Building Code requirements — ensuring your drawings are approval-ready.

5.

Permit Submission & Tracking

We submit on your behalf, respond to City comments, and push the application through to approval.

Drawings & Documentation

If you already have drawings, we’ll redline and revise them for compliance. If not, we’ll produce the full permit package: plans, elevations, sections, and all required forms.

6.

Permit Issuance & Closure

We provide your approved permits and drawings, ready for fabrication and installation. Once installed, we confirm permit closure with the City — you’re done.
